Seeking info on Chappell family. My g-grandfather was Eli C. Chappell b 1 May
1850 in NC. Married Susan Hash (b. 9 Mar 1852 , Tenn) 18 Jan 1874 in Fayett Co.
I believe his mother was Lavenia Chappell, who moved to Fayett Co from
Montgomery Co., NC between 1861-65 with her children. I also think Levi Chappell
was a brother to Eli. Eli and Susan had 7 children while living in Fayett Co.
Eli, Susan and children left Tenn and moved to Ok during the land rush. Would
like to hear from anyone with info on the Chappell family or parents or family
of Susan Hash. Thanks,
