Looking for information on John DOUGAN (dates unknown)who married Ritteran
HARRIS on 15 Jan, 1845 in Fayette County, Tn. Ritteran's full name was Henrietta
Ann HARRIS, born 1825 and died 1902 in Rising Star, Texas. Known children of
this marriage were: S. T. DOUGAN (DUGGAN) born 2/26/1850, died 3/1/1910 Sarah
Jane (Sally) born 3/6/1852, died 8/9/1931 in Texas Hugh Moore born 7/14/1853,
died 11/9/1934 in Texas William Emitt born 3/12/1868, died 12/16/1941 in Texas
There are some big gaps in dates between the marriage and first child, and
between Hugh and Wm Emitt, so there may be other children of whom I am unaware.
Hugh Moore Dougan married Harriet Virginia Hawley, born abt 1862, probably in
Fayette County. they moved to Arkansas about 1879. Thanks Susan Ginnings email:

John WOOD married Penelope CRAWLEY/CROWLEY their known children were: Linnet
Wood and Blunt McGilby WOODS. Blunt married Frances PARHAM. In 1830 through 1832
they were known to be living in Fayette Co, TN. I would like to share
information with anyone researching this family.

Request any information on my grandfather Charles Lee of Fayette County
Tennessee. We are trying to complete our genelogical work and cannot find any
records on his father or mother other than he ran away from home at an early age

Richard J. BASS (b: 5-Apr-1818 in Limestone Co., AL) married Eliza Miller
BIGGER (b:15-Feb-1820). Some of the children were born in LaGrange, TN. One of
the daughters, Rachel R. Bass (b:1856,d:28-May-1933)) was married twice: 1) John
W. TURNER (b:17-Feb-1853, d:16-Sep-1876); 2) Caleb Baker JONES, Jr.
(b:Feb-1856,d:8-Jun-1929).
