Searching for different lines from WOOTEN and YOUNG. The first Wootencame from
Wales, his name was WILLIAM WOOTEN. He married MillyGALLESPIE from Scotland.
They had three children Minerva ParlleeWooten, born 1817 and married James P.
Dunn. Mary Polly Wooten, born1-6-1826- 10-22-1855, married John T. Carter and
Ezekiel Wooten, born1821-1902, married Rebecca YOUNG, daughter of David Young
and FrancesGALESPIE. Ezekiel's children are William D, Calvin Wilson,
FrancesLucinda, Martha Jane, Elizabeth A, Mary Catherine, Jaley Zeola andMollisa
Carello. Mary Catherine married Thomas Henry Nelson,decendent of Thomas Nelson
Jr, who was one of the signers of theDeclaration of Independence. Mollisa, born
11-22-1858, died7-26-1940. Her Children are Charles L, William Perry, Nonie,
Pearl,Beatrice, and Arthur L. William Perry Wooten is my grandfather. Please get

SELLERS/SELLINS I am searching for any info on Henry Sellers/Sellins. He was
listed in the 1850 Census of Fayette Co. with Nancy age 48, Daniel R. age 18,
Elizabeth age 12. He was my g-g-grandmother Sarah Caroline SELLERS WALKER'S
father or g-father. Could someone please look and see if it list Nancy as a
daughter-in-law, because Henry was 70 on this census.Any info on him or the

RITTER, William b. 1802 NC was in Monroe Co. Ms. by 1830. I think he married in
Fayette Co. Tn. to Mary YOUNG. Can anyone confirm this? William's brother
Everett Jr. was in Fayette Co. Tn in 1830. Thier father was Everett Ritter Sr.
born 1759-70 in Moore Co. NC. Any info on this RITTER family appreciated.

My 2Gr-Grandparents, Henry & Nancy HAWLEY, lived in Fayette County from 1865
to 1881. Their four children all Married there to DOUGAN's, SHOEMAKER and
ROBERTSON. I would appreciate info on all these families especially Margaret Ann
ROBERTSON's. Who was her father, could he have been Washington ROBERTSON? Thanks
for any info.

I am interested in these two men who appeared in Fayette Co 1830 census. John
COULTER (spelled COATLER in the census). He is our earliest known ancestor, born
Ga. He md Mary WILCOX in Monroe Co Ms in 1820. He moved from Fayette Co to
Winston Co Ms in early 1830s and settled there. A Strange COLTHORPE was also
listed in this 1830 census. Could he have been related to John? Does anyone know
anything about STRANGE COLTHORPE? He was in AL, Franklin Co 1820... Mary

Fayette Co Census of 1850 listed Nancy SHELTON CHANEY (widow) age 55 born in VA
and her 17 yr old son, William A CHANEY living with the family of John ANDERSON.
Sarah age 17 of South Carolina also listed. Nancy died in 1879 burial place
unknown. In March of 1858 William married Ann J VERSOR d/o Dr William VERSOR.
They moved to Lonoke, AR where Ann died in 1859. Anyone with information on this
family please contact me.
